In today’s podcast episode, I interview Ella Mannix, the founder and owner of All About Fertility Expo. Following her own fertility journey, Ella saw a gap in the Australian market to create an event bringing the fertility industry together to support people to become first-time parents or extend their family.

Prior to creating All About Fertility Expo, Ella was a HR & Talent Acquisitions consultant working in the corporate field. She had the pleasure of placing a number of people, either starting their career or climbing the ladder to senior management, into their dream job. Ella believes in chasing your dreams and never giving up, which is why she decided to take a leap of faith and quit her corporate job to follow her passion and create an event that will benefit many people on their fertility journey.
