Creating social media boundaries that serve you when building your personal brand
Do you love or loathe social media? Either way, it's an essential component of building your personal brand so that you can become more visible and build a successful career or business.
If you're NOT building your brand on social media, you're cutting yourself off from an incredible network of people who could be referring you to others, getting to know you and what you do, landing new clients and future-proofing your career.
However...
What I know to be true is that social media can be a source of inspiration and a fabulous personal brand-building tool AND it can be totally debilitating when building your personal brand, fostering comparisonitis and testing your self-esteem when it comes to putting yourself out there.
We can start equating the amount of engagement we're getting online with our self-worth and this can seriously mess with our minds.
Not only that but we'll tell ourselves excuses NOT to use it, such as not having enough time, that we don't want our privacy invaded, that it's not important and doesn't really matter anyway...
Sound familiar?
So, after loads of trial and error, in this video I share with you my tips to create boundaries, beliefs and actions around social media that will serve and support you to both grow your personal brand AND maintain your sanity around social media.
I can't wait to share this with you!
